To celebrate Easter this year our executive pastry chef Sarah Barber has designed an exquisite egg, hand crafted and glazed with the finest French Valrhona chocolate. Valrhona chocolate is produced in the quaint village of Tain L’Hermitage in the south of France, and is known for its aromatic profiles, which enhances the signature taste of rare cocoa beans. Sprayed in rouge cocoa butter, the luxurious creation will be decorated with delicate chocolate feathers painted gold, and will be 7.5 inches large. The egg will also house a collection of delicious white chocolate and raspberry truffles.
Priced at £35, the egg is the perfect gift to indulge family and friends with this Easter, and will be available from 19th March to 1st April, and can be purchased from Papillon at Hotel Café Royal.
