In celebration of Wimbledon and the beginning of the British Summer season the team at Papillon serve up an ace of pâtisserie delights. Tuck in to Executive Pastry Chef Sarah Barbers Tennis Ball; a match of smooth Pimms mousse with mandarin jam and strawberry biscuit; or her interpretation of the classic flavour combination of strawberries and cream; lemon sponge with Chantilly cream and a strawberry ‘lollipop’.

Take to the Siena marble clad court, sit back and watch life on Regent Street unfold.
